1. How GCT orientation impacted me: Coming in I had a preconceived notion of what I was coming in to learn in terms of physical training activity, but instead met with the heart that God has towards His saints. 2.How did I experience God today. Seeing the heart that God has for me in terms of my importance to GCT and by extension the importance of the saints receiving clear sight. It was powerful to see the magnitude of what God is building and understanding what's my roll in that. I met with the God of compassion and mercy. It was beautiful to see how far God is willing to go for the heart of His people. 3. How did this impartation change me? The importance to have GCT live inside of me first and inside of my home and in my marriage and parenting. To have the ability to give a clear sight of God to those God has placed under my steward and how that powerfully facilitates the accurate and uncluttered flow of the impartation towards the saints.

1) It showed me the willingness we need to have and the extent we need to go to in order to reach and impact the whole body of Christ. 2) I also see God saying everything is already prepared, just walk in the path HE created. As how God created Adam and told him to name the animals and he was able to. Just like Adam, by God selecting us He has already given us the capacity to function in what we are called to do. 3) I have moved from a mindset of simply thinking "yes God is going after the whole body of Christ" to "Waw I now see the extent that God will go too in order to reach His people"

Myles Ballantyne From Oasis Ministries The GCT session truely impacted me, gave me a totally different meaning to what GCT is to what i think it was about. It says that im some what a pastor where I am apart of the nerve sustem in the body of christ. So i now have to make sure i am a working nerve cell that i may distribute the signals to the saints so that they would be able to know, understand and act out the command of god that was given out The drumskin also got to me. what i understand from that is in my life and lifr activities and taks i should be able to hear god and do what she commands in otger words recalibrate so ill be stretching and being sensitive without hole or to me without falling back, without saying "this is too much"

My impact started from the Sunday before when the criteria for being a part of the GCT team was outlined. I started to think about my connectivity and alignment to the emphases of this current season in God. Halfway through the meeting I felt like a wrecking ball was used to destroy self-perception and initial thoughts of who I was, after which I felt like I was being built up with different foundations. I immediately started to calculate lost and GCT helped me to redefine my starting context. Before the end of the day I felt new. Elevated sight was given to each of us so that we can create a world that has no blindness but 360 degrees of Sight! My name was called, selected by God for such a time like this and a book of remembrance is being written.

The day was magnificent, it definitely reflected the nature of the post GGPE season. Bringing of new members of GCT into equalization and sight of our world, as well as those who were a part before. Elevated sight, equalized positions and a heart for our saints. Truly a transformative day. Just like the GGPE ,where the saints went to battle this too was akin to movement towards a battle. Everyone in the room was already soldier drafted by God to serve in his army, armed and ready, we marched to the war room charged with purpose and a hear for our people, being briefed and receiving our mission objectives. Truly, a beautiful thing. We stand looking forward to bending back to the load ready to run hard. Serving outside of the purview of many as well as doing our functions at the micro level; as one person mentioned being GCT (Walking in Pastoral and discerning functionality) in the home. Similarly functioning in CLOs in our individual KCs, to the entire Congress with one goal. Bring Sight and Build the Church, is our mission!

When I was selected to serve on GCT I was excited and immediately said yes because I always want to serve in the Kingdom wherever I can, however, as the days progressed to the KCNTT CLO Orientation I started to doubt myself, looking at all the quality work that comes out of the GCT Sector and wondering if I truly had any skill to be able to add to that. So I expected the meeting to be a "skills adding" one and consoled myself in the fact that I'm a fast learner so I should be able to grasp quickly whatever technological knowledge that would be given to me. But the entire meeting just completely wiped me clean of that and gave me a new starting place. In every session I felt a "ping" in my heart, I quickly recognized that the true nature of GCT being shown to me was also the process that God had been taking me through throughout my life since being saved. But what completely sealed that for me was the aspect of equipping the saints and building up the church. That can only be done by God but God also partners with man to fulfill His purposes so hence that means that being a part of GCT means I solely function on the grace and resources/mind of God to do what He wants and what He wants is to build His people and mature them unto the Finish. I am only a conduit responding yes to God. And the scripture that came to mind was Genesis 49:14-15. The beauty of the land for me must be seeing the saints be equipped and the church built up and hence my response must be the same as Issachar - I bend my shoulder to the load. I do the work not because I'm forced to or because I have all the skills and want to be a show-off but because God's desires are my desires and I want to see them come to pass, His heart for the people is my heart for the people and I want to see them equipped and built up and within that must be great humility so that He will continue to provide me with grace so that I can continue to do want He wants. Just like Bezaleel, I will operate under command and God will provide the necessary skills and capacity. I was definitely transformed in this Orientation and I will ensure there is no leakage. I am GCT!

For me a clear sense of ownership and Death to self. I got an greater understanding of my Functionality in me being part of GCT . One of the things that came to mind the issue of 'bringing sons to the table.'I really have to take ownership and responsibility, knowing that I was chosen by God and I am well able to Function at full capacity to carry out what the boss wants. Whenever God sends forth his plan just know that he also will the send the grace to do it, so a higher level of faith. What is not seen by man is noted by God, I must be willing firstly and know not to expect a reward.

The statements 'You cannot be in GCT and not love people' as well as 'When GCT turns up, sight arrives!' really calibrated my heart and defined my starting point for functionality. I felt God's heart and His love for people and this must be my heart and posture before I engage the work. God's desire is for all people to have sight (Num 11:29) and for us to come to the unity of the faith (Eph 4:12-13) in Him and this is my desire. GCT is a conduit for the acceleration of the work inside this season of Sanctuary and I am GCT.

On Monday, I felt like God made certain that I left the seminar with a clear understanding of how serious He is about His people. I saw His heart of compassion and desire for us, His people, to become fully mature in Him (Eph 4:13). God the patriarch! If GCT provides sight to God’s people, being a member of GCT means that I first need to have accurate sight in my own context of life, I first need to be able to capture the nature and frequency of God and process and apply it without causing dilution or leakage. Elisha was able to give sight to the servant, because he first had accurate sight. My heart is “God give me sight, always”. I left the seminar with a greater desire for sight and heart for God's gold.

Wow! Today was nothing like what I was expecting. My SE selected me to function in photography and at the end of the GCT training I had not yet touched a camera or discussed anything that had to do with photography. But at the end of the session I felt extremely empowered to operate because of what GCT represents. This communicated to me that GCT is much more than having skills, but rather about that person being able to have a personal and divine impartation, then being able to express it through a medium so that other viewing the images, videos, articles or audio will be able to catch what God is saying. Skills or competence is futile without having a desire to be used by God for His will in our world. For me, I had a greater desire for death to self and wasn't concerned whatsoever about my competence in photography. In the analogy of the drum skin, I wanted to be so aware of when divine touch took place, my posture is to look closely, listen carefully and pay attention. My absolute and only motive for being GCT is to allow God to use me to get to his people, I have no other agendas. I could go on and on talking about this experience but I made a covenant to keep it short. I am extremely excited!

Our God wanted us to be equipped with the knowledge that heart and service are synonymous. He skilfully taught us how to move to greater dependence on Him whilst ensuring that we would be competent for whatever job He wants us to do. He does not want us to be afraid or unsure because He is with us. The sessions caused me to cry out for more sight and re-examine my heart. I must never be at a place that brings distortions to GCT or the Congress. My cry is for continuous change so that I become who You have destined me to be. ‘Am I responding rightly so that You are pleased’ is an undergirding factor in my running conversation with my Father. Additionally, the statement that GCT is an enemy of blindness has entrenched in me a greater sense of ensuring that I am not blind. I must grab God’s sight because He always has the correct perspective. This posture allows better alignment to the purposes of God. Simultaneously, all areas of my life become more balanced. Increased sight therefore ensures that I please God and accomplish what He has called me to do with others in Congress and the Body of Christ.

The nature of God presence I sensed is that He was the God of oneness. He was after producing a GCT sector and member that really carries the His heart. God clearly wants His body functioning as a synchronized and harmonized unit and GCT being the Nervous system of its make up is responsible for ensuring no dead spots are there and that nothing happens without the entire Congress being aware and impacted. Personally I know God is telling me to become more sensitive to His divine touch, speaking or purpose but not only from Him but also sensitivity from the other parts of The Body. It means I must discern and track the needs or the relevant resource for The Body but also track God as He will guide me towards that relevant thing. I have to function with dual capacity, to transmit from God to the Body and from the Body to God. My new position is one of increasing responsibility and also restructuring of my heart towards becoming pastoral (loving His people).
