GCT SEMINAR 17th April 2017. IIC Chaguanas. It was mind blowing, soul and heart searching and a heightened level of commitment to the Run. The details, thoughtfulness and passion of the workers for the people to hear from God and receive the impartation accurately in the current season is simple humbling . Now hearing I have been chosen by God to become is an awesome privilege that cannot be compensated with any earthly gratification. God was being a father showing his chosen children their responsibility, continuous heart posture, and expected commitment of obedience. In the logical world before someone start running it is important that they stretch before...but here it is you were encourage of the expectations to stretch as part of the process in us Running in this season. I am committed to run not with self sufficiency but dialy dying to self and becoming that instrument of accurate posture of obedience. Regardless of how illogical it may appear to be stretching my faith upward drawing down from His grace knowing he is running alongside me.

As I attentively listened to Marlon Jamerson, there are some key things that weighed heavily in my heart. The GCT is a Core Structure of the Congress and must come into a Prophetic Function rather than a Service function. The GCT is a Prophetic Function to look into the systems of the world and see the intent of God, also it's primary functionality is providing Sight to the Congress. The ultimate mandate of the GCT is to build up and empower the saints. It's not about skill and technical competence. The GCT is an Agent of Apostolic Resource to equip the people and build up the Body of Christ. My internal heart position is embracing my new identity to be a GCT transmission pipe line for the Building to be humming and functional. I must ensure that my life be built in the Congress Structures and walk in the Apostolic frequency as a GCT Agent.

What impacted me was the fact that GCT is the portal that facilitates God's "running" in this season. God's aim is to get to the Saints and in order to get to all the Saints he requires GCT is the medium through which His word get disseminated. This just implies personally that I have to and continue to be an accurate conduit in which God can use through the GCT to activate his movement in the earth.

This meeting really set the context for functioning in GCT. Understanding that I was created for this time and God called my name from on top of the mountain for this purpose. It filled me with a sense of faith and excitement knowing that when God calls me He will give me the capacity to function where ever he has placed me. What stood out to me is being part of GCT means I have a pastoral responsibility. I saw this is terms of standing in my SE and having love and compassion for the body of Christ. I must live in a way that my brothers and sisters can grow (deeper levels of purity, righteousness and death to self), therefore my personal transformation before capturing the things of God.

Today I stand in a renewed place of sight and identity, I know my responsibility and how I am required to operate as a GCT member. I moved from a place of adoration of the GCT and all that it has created to a place of activation knowing that now this is who I am. Everything that took place was so massive and transactional and has birthed a sense of contentment and gratitude in my heart for the Congress world that I live in and the new realm we exist and operate form. Something big is coming and I am ready to build. There is a greater requirement for death to self and fine tuning my heart and ensuring that there isn't any clutter or turbulence in my life that can hamper with God's divine intent. Now I know that I must be stretched and ready for when God wants to make music and eliminate all dead spots. I am called to be a pipeline and accurately equip God's people and bring them into a place of sight and where ever God calls me to function I must become a live and willing work and sacrifice. I am a modern day Bezalel and I grab hold of that.

The meeting was very transforming. I remembered when my SE came back from Dubai and expressed how quickly GCT had shifted I was amazed and I can now share in that experience because I was shifted in that very first GCT meeting. My sight of God and his requirements has been elevated. There was great clarity of the posture required to be apart of the team. I think hearing the persons who are very much involved already describing the impact of there involvement on their families and lives were great. Another major highlight for me was seeing myself in Eph 4:11-12 from a different angle. It also reminded me of a declaration that was made that we are no longer just receiving but now is a time to give (sight). Which speaks of the very core behind GCT. My posture inside of this process is whatever God requires I can become.

This day was completely overhauling, deeply impartational and far beyond the delivery of information. If I had to describe one thing I learned of the God of GCT is that His movements must become the possession of all; when He moves; I/ we must know. He must never be in darkness and therefore if He is building a world in which it is impossible for Him to hide; sight is one of the most precious treasures that we possess and need to deliver. God certainly has delivered sight of His heart in this training. Not only is sight precious, sight is a key weapon that confronts logical thinking. This is one of the hegemons that God is eradicating in me in this season. I was limited in my thinking of GCT and who God required me to be. God literally lifted my eyes and the statement that changed my heart is 'equipping the people, build up the church'. The people have to see and that really stirred in me strongly. Hearing the mandate of GCT; I thought about the very nature of God in Gen 1; it is His intention to bring light into darkness and I'm beginning to gaze beyond myself and transact with Father to possess His heart for His people, the heart of GCT that is not primarily focus on 'the work' but like in 2 Kings 6:17-18 with Elisha's servant, when the saints look; they must see a different reality that changes the order of natural reality. So for me, I heard a new capacity to be prophetic and as we heard, God is 'telegraphing', He wants us to know and that imparted such a new energy to pray and walk in that..'we want to know'. It tells me that searching out, tracking, keeping watch is core to where we are located now and connected to being able to discern the scale of what God is doing and where He wants to go...

The nature of God was revealing. Before this meeting, I was looking at the GCT through a peephole. God opened my eyes to his massive movements upon the earth and my sight was vastly expanded. At first, I was in awe and felt fortunate to be a part of God's movement, then a desire for others to come into the same level of sight was birthed. This impacted me because the sight gained through this meeting created a love for people that was birthed by God. I am now standing in a place of sacrifice and humility, not to be seen by others but to offer a sacrifice that others may have sight of God's movement.

The day was indeed transformational. When Maron Jameson stated" Today is a day of massive transformation" I lay ahold of it by faith and indeed it was! My shift from the work that will be allocated towards focus and purpose on building and empowering the saints was instantaneous. Knowing my true identity from which I stand.. I am a part of the Apostolic resource, I carry with a new sense of responsibility a heart and love for the whole body of Christ.

From today's interaction the power of sight stood out to me, especially in the purpose of what it is meant by being a GCT member and GCT in Congress WBN. I saw it as a profound responsibility in that our jobs aren't just editing and picture taking, but we are required to empower and build the saints through what we do. It was said that our role as GCT is of a pastoral nature, where for example, through a picture, saints should be able to gain enhanced sighting, allowing them to exist differently as we continue to see the movements of God. On a personal level I took on the Bezalel spirit where i say "YES GOD" to His instructions. This meant a lot more dieing to self daily and continuous asking of God 'what now', in terms of the directions and placement in GCT. Form this point it is a new me with an added function under GCT as i fight the blindness and aid in the process of building the Big Arc

The Orientation to the NEW mandate from God for the GCT had a very sobering effect on me. Firstly the insistence by the leaders that those of us who were present, were there because God actually called our names. This left me in awe of the thought that I really had no other choice but to be there. God needed an answer from me and that answer had to be ‘YES’! God as a wise master builder, God as a partner with man, God as the builder of His body, the God of CWBN was definitely present! Among all the great insights that were shared, the most humbling reality was that God Is always after his people, and the mandate to GCT speaks to what is always in God’s heart, that is ‘to build up the saints’. Now God is calling me to partner with him in building His body – a global civilization and work with others to be agents of the apostolic resource and be part of the infrastructure for access to resources for the body of Christ. This is a task for which we can only be apprenticed by the Holy Spirit to become artisans in His hands like Bezalel. My prayer for the team is Exodus 31:3 God fill us with your Spirit, give us great wisdom, ability, and expertise in all kinds of crafts. 4 we are master craftsmen, expert in working with gold, silver, and bronze. 5 We are skilled in engraving and mounting gemstones and in carving wood. We are masters at every craft! We heard that GCT has to be an enemy of blindness operating in all spheres to bring SIGHT to the body and bring the lost to Sanctuary. I am beginning to understand the heart of my leaders. I am relatively new to the Congress, and every time I attend a different sector meeting, I am always amazed by the shift that takes place in the participants level of sight. This meeting was no different. I left with the sense that God was firstly interested in my heart, in the location from which I did the work, and also a sense that the coming months would be filled with some very immersive learning experiences. We have been assured that the grace is there, that we have already received it. My job is to do what I'm told, to build a life in response to the voice of God.

On Monday’s orientation I truly laid hold of this new reality that I have been called to function inside of, that dynamic network of the GCT. I felt a sense of commissioning by God, given letters of authorization to BECOME relevant to the AAN. My heart has been internally recalibrated to step into that Bezalel dimension by faith. I also have this inward desire to die to my flesh more, so that I can in accuracy produce that fruit that God requires. I need to wilfully partnering with the Holy Spirit so that my capacity to bear for the Body of Christ becomes limitless and vast, It’s like I am telling God to stretch me, so that I can discern and track the invisible movements of HIM in my life and by extension at the global level.

On Monday, there was a significant shift of my heart,of my purpose within GCT. The statement ‘’GCT is not about editing or taking pictures, but to build and empower God’s people’’, is truly resonating within me. This mandates me to really develop a deeper love for the Body of Christ and to ensure that my life is in sync to what God is requiring, that I can be functional and produce exactly what He wants. So, experiencing this meeting allowed me to see that what I do it is not about me or for my blessing but about living and doing for the Body of Christ. Everything that outflows of me will now be from a new place, a new identity

The GCT Orientation Session really illustrated to me what it meant it be part of the GCT, the commitment and sacrifice that was needed to function within this sector but aside the from the that, realisation that grace also comes with the call. The fact that in the session our function was likened to the function of a pastor was astonishing, We are also tasked with the equipping of the saints with also places a strong responsibility for me to be continually postured accurately and aware of the God's movement. The Prophetic image of the drum skin really stuck with me. It really gave me an understanding of the expected posture of functioning in the GCT, it requires "stretching" which can mean various things for my life, but also ensuring that there no tearing or holes, remaining "sensitive" always to the touch of God, so as was said in the session, it should be impossible for God it hide, when he moves, we are, I am suppose to be able to have sight of him and in turn give sight and empower the saints.
