The GCT Capacity Development Unit is responsible empowering all GCT workers and teams with knowledge. Our aim is to maintain an environment of enablement through documenting our culture, systems and operations in various media; facilitating easy access to resources, instruction and guidelines from GCT Central; and developing training programmes.
Primary Responsibilities:- Seeking out and documenting the knowledge gaps in the GCT where philosophy, structures and tasks need to be captured
- Developing structured training programs that can be delivered wherever they may be needed across the system
- Careful and deliberate distribution of GCT Capacity Development content
