Cleofoster Spencer

Cleofoster Spencer is the Director of Congress MusicFactory which oversees the creation, production and distribution of music that captures the essence, the emphases and experiences of our journey in Christ. He also functions on the Management Team of his Kingdom Community, Precision Centre in Antigua, with responsibility for GCT and Music. Cleofoster is married to Josie Ann and their three daughters are Ilya, Tara and Joni.
